Upsetting news... can't believe I didn't get on this!!!

So for any of those of you who have known me for any length of time have probably heard me talk about my wacky crazy inventions that I think up, but am too stupid to make happen... I mean... I've had some good ones of the years... But by far, the most superior, the greatest thought-up invention by yours truly was one that most people laughed at, mocked me for, and asked who would use such a thing?!?! Countless people have told me that this particular invention that I am speaking of was ridiculous...
Well tonight ladies and gentlemen I have learned some upsetting news to me and maybe a slap in the face to those of you who defrocked my wonderful invention!!! Most of you reading know EXACTLY what invention I'm taking about but for those of you who do not I'll catch you up...
Being the tom-boy that I am I have always been slightly resentful of a certain ability that men have and women do not.

This ability is that of being able to pee standing up!~ Yes you heard me right...

Many a time I have been in a place where it would be SOOOO much more convenient to simply, face a tree, a rock, a fender-well, or even go as far to just simply turn my back from those in my presence and not have to revel a single body part and simply relieve myself... BUT NOOOO... I have to find a place when I cannot be seen in any direction, make sure that no one for any reason will approach this area, search for a napkin, paper towel, something to clean up with and all the while have to do the goofy legs spread as far apart as they can be just so to insure I don't get any on me... Now, I know this is all graphic... and so that's why years ago I thought up the POSE... the POSE cleverly named by striking a POSE (not the Madonna one) but the "POSE" men do when they are... well you know...
So anyways this POSE would be a biodegradable, disposable one time use device to allow a woman to stand up while going tinkle...

I hope at this point your getting a visual... LOL
Believe it or not, years ago, I actually with my small group, make a prototype using a turkey baster and a funnel... It worked beautifully!
Now do you have a visual?

At this point in reading this blog you may be saying to yourself one of two things...
1: Laycee is gross and I still can't imagine who wants to pee standing up!?!?!
Or 2: This is the best idea since sliced bread for us active, tom-boy girls and where can I buy one!?!

Well my friends... take a look at this...

WHO'S LAUGHIN' NOW?!?!?!

Just for the record I think my name is MUCH more creative... however I am more than impressed with the ability to re-use and or dispose, which ever you wish... GoGirl comes complete with a discreet carrying case and so far the only down side I can see is that it's pink, and oh, the company is NOT hiring!!! LOL

http://www.go-girl.com/ if you wish to visit the website for more info...

Hope you enjoyed the read...
Love,
Laycee (the original GoGirl)

PS... In answer to the question "who's laughin' now?" I am half crying half laughin... haha...sobsobsob... LOL

OH MY GOSH!!!! Tom was adament that night that we move forward on the Pose and we doubted him. I have to say, I was one of the doubters! I'm so ashamed!!! The Go Girl looks fantastic - almost exactly like the one we built! Darn it! Opportunity missed....

You know - technically, you could still make the Pose, though. A little market competition is always a good idea! We don't want Go Girl to have a monopoly, now do we?!!

I think you should definitely follow thru with the Pose! I'l buy from you not GoGirl...their name sucks! With potty training 2 girls, you have NO IDEA how many times I've scared Taya pee-less because of the public bathrooms being my worst fear!!!! If you don't make the Pose I may have to break down and by from GoGirl!
